With over a decade in fitness, I train clients of all ages and abilities, from athletes to seniors, focusing on safe, enjoyable, and goal-oriented workouts. I prioritize healthy movement to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility. Certified by the NSCA, I continually expand my expertise, including completing The McGill Method Summit. My vision for Studio YULBFIT is to collaborate with a dedicated team to help every client stay fit and ready for life’s challenges, regardless of age or ability.

BORIS KOVACEVIC

Personal Trainer

With 30+ years in fitness, I help clients of all ages enjoy achieving their goals with a focus on safety, flexibility, and strength. Originally from Croatia and a former basketball player, I became a trainer after overcoming my own injury. Now based in Montreal, I've trained everyone from beginners to Olympians, specializing in Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to correct imbalances and prevent injuries. My approach is detail-oriented, friendly, and results-driven, aiming to make every session safe, fun, and effective.

JULIE ADAMS

Personal Trainer & Martial Arts Instructor

With 10+ years in martial arts and fitness, I blend expertise and passion in personal training. Since 2011, I’ve practiced Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (purple belt), and Muay Thai, competing since 2015. Certified in 2016, I combine strength training and martial arts to boost performance. At Studio YULBFIT, I use martial arts to improve movement, flexibility, balance, and self-confidence for all.
